Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Some products are made to order through a print on demand partner. These items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed, which means processing times may be longer than our standard 1–3 business days - Please check product listing for extra shipping information.
Because these items are custom made, please review sizing and details carefully before ordering, as print on demand items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Items
House of Custodes is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim.
